The first batch of this Mexican Cake inspired Imperial Stout in honor of our furry friend Gertrude Beatrice. This beer was brewed with aji amarillo chili peppers, and cinnamon sticks prior to aging in Litchfield Distillery Bourbon Barrels for twelve months. Then blended back into a conditioning tank and we added a large amount of Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs prior to packaging.

  • Fluffy, silky smooth body and mouthfeel
  • Sweet vanilla, molasses, cherry chocolate and caramel with a pepper spice undertone
  • Bourbon character is rounded with a gentle warming
