The first batch of this huge ABV adjunct Imperial Stout. This beer was brewed with brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon sticks prior to aging in Litchfield Distillery Maple Bourbon Barrels for twelve months. Then blended back into a conditioning tank we then added an extreme amount of vanilla and coffee beans prior to packaging.

Tasting notes –

  • Smooth, rich, decadent body and mouthfeel
  • Sweet Chocolate, caramel, maple, vanilla and coffee flavors
  • Bourbon character is rounded with little to no booze and alcohol bite
