The first batch of this Mexican Cake inspired Imperial Stout in honor of our furry friend Gertrude Beatrice. This beer was brewed with aji amarillo chili peppers, and cinnamon sticks prior to aging in Litchfield Distillery Bourbon Barrels for twelve months. Then blended back into a conditioning tank and we added a large amount of Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs prior to packaging.

Tasting notes –

• Fluffy, silky smooth body and mouthfeel
• Sweet vanilla, molasses, cherry chocolate and caramel with a pepper spice undertone
• Bourbon character is rounded with a gentle warming

The first batch of this huge ABV adjunct Imperial Stout. This beer was brewed with brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon sticks prior to aging in Litchfield Distillery Maple Bourbon Barrels for twelve months. Then blended back into a conditioning tank we then added an extreme amount of vanilla and coffee beans prior to packaging.

• Smooth, rich, decadent body and mouthfeel
• Sweet Chocolate, caramel, maple, vanilla and coffee flavors
• Bourbon character is rounded with little to no booze and alcohol bite

The Second batch of our bourbon barrel aged Barleywine. This beer was aged in Litchfield Distillery Maple Bourbon Barrels for twelve months.

• Smooth body and mouthfeel
• Dried fruit, caramel, toffee, vanilla and hints of maple flavors throughout
• Bourbon character is rounded and adds a beautiful complex layer of flavor

Inaugural batch of our bourbon barrel aged Barleywine. This beer was aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for twelve months.

• Bourbon character is very present and rounding out with age

The second batch of our bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. This beer was aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for twelve months.

• Bourbon character with little booze and alcohol bite

Inaugural batch of our bourbon barrel aged imperial stout to celebrate our second anniversary. This beer was aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels for twelve months.

The first batch of this complex Barleywine was brewed with a four our boil to build depth within the malt character from the melanoidin reactions. Post fermentation we moved the beer to a conditioning tank where we added medium char American oak spirals and Madagascar vanilla beans that were soaked in VSOP Cognac. The beer was aged on the cognac soaked oak and vanilla beans for a month prior to packaging.
